About The Clinic
At Back on Track we aim to provide you with the best health care service possible. We hope to do this by giving you the best advice in the area so that you can make an informed decision about your chiropractic care. We want patients to abandon the old- have pain and do something about it - model for the new wellness and preventative model.

We hope to offer you not just chiropractic care, but acupunture, massage and pilates. This, together with the "Back care classes" will help you have a greater understanding of how you work and what it will take to get you better. We also offer a haven away from the normal stresses of daily life, where you can come in, relax and unwind! Sounds good? Then give us a ring and we can book you in for an appointment.

About The Team:

Charlotte Peatfield, Chiropractor:
My chiropractic story began at the age of 14 when my father visited a chiropractor in Brighton. He had been suffering from hip pain for years and had tried basically anything going. I watched the chiropractor working on him and thought to myself “Wow! This is what I want to do”. I later became a patient myself. Since that time I knew that all wanted to do was to become a chiropractor and so, in 1999 went to the Anglo European College of Chiropractic in Bournemouth.

Physiotherapy Uckfield - Chirpractic, Sports Massage, Pilates, Homeopathy, Hypnotherapy, Psycotherapy, Baby Signing, NLP

After 5 years I graduated with a Masters of Chiropractic. Since that time I have been working in the UK- 18months in Luton and three and a half years in Brighton. Chiropractors have the ability to give a first class service to people who want to look after the health of their spine. The spine holds the central nervous system which basically controls you and everything you feel, especially pain. Looking after this important structure can be the difference between health and disease. So many people do not understand what we do, hopefully at Back on Track we can clear some of the confusion up.

Chiropractic can help not just in pain but also in the well being of an individual. If it is combined with nutrition, good posture and exercise. I aim to provide enough education to allow the individual to make the right choices when it comes to their own health- hopefully this will last a lifetime. I look forward to you being part of the team at Back on Track.

Tansy Blaik-Kelly, Pilates Teacher:
A calm, sensitive and friendly teacher, with over twenty years of personal Pilates experience, I strive to help clients achieve their physical potential through developing a healthy and happy body.

I have a background in dance, and began learning Pilates at ballet school in 1987 with Alan Herdman, founder of the UK's first Pilates studio in 1970. I qualified as a PILATESfoundation(R) teacher in 2007 after extensive training in London with Anoushka Boone at Pilates In Motion. The diversity of study involved working with the classical and evolved repertoire, remedial and rehabilitation exercises, use of small equipment and props, in-depth anatomy and physiology training.

At the end of 2008, I trained with Power Plate(R) UK and qualified as a certified Power Plate(R) trainer. I use the fundamentals of Pilates in all my classes. I am a qualified first aider at work and have full insurance through Balens specialist brokers.
