During Sports and Swedish/Holistic Massage you will be required to wear your underwear although your modesty will be covered at all times by towels.
Sports massage is a deep massage during which I work on superficial muscles. It’s designed to deal with specific areas of the body that are causing concern.
It is also very beneficial for those either about to compete or have recently competed in any form of sport or physical activity as I include a stretching programme. It is a massage that can be used for general maintenance for those who regularly take exercise or have a physically demanding life.
During this massage, I work to the level you need. This massage is generally lighter than the Sports Massage and helps to balance the mind, body and spirit.
This is an excellent maintenance massage and many clients benefit from regular appointments.
As the name suggests, this is a massage centered on the head, face, upper back, neck and shoulders and emanates from the Indian family of traditional medicine. This is a seated, fully clothed treatment.
During a treatment, your Therapist will use oils on the head to stimulate the senses. This form of massage is effective in clearing the mind, relaxing the system.
